Hyperline Return Policy (RMA)

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Hyperline offers a sixty (60) day exchange/refund policy. All products must have been purchased within the past sixty (60) days and must be accompanied with proof of payment. All returns, are subject to inspection, returns without proper documentation will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense. Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge + applicable shipping costs. A 35% restocking fee will apply on any products not returned in original condition and packaging. All inquiries are subject to Hyperline’s discretion and approval. Hyperline will not allow returns on discontinued products, special colors or constructions, non-catalog items, special orders /cuts, overages, or extremely large quantities of products ordered. Credit against purchases will be issued within forty-five (45) days after Hyperline receives the material and request for refund has been approved. Original bank or wire transfer fees incurred by the customer on the original purchase may not be subject to a refund.
